Kai Cenat creates a Twitch world record

One of the biggest and most unbelievable rises in stardom in recent times was of Cenat’s. The Twitch streamer shot to fame quite quickly, within a small span of time to become one of the biggest names in the industry. His sheer will, determination, and heartwarming nature built up his popularity among the audience.

Cenat took on February with an adventurous decision to conduct his own subathon. And this was one of the biggest milestones in his entire career. The subathon was a super hit, with him gaining more than 300,000 subscribers.

In this journey, he has surpassed the records of many prominent personalities on the internet. Midway through his subathon, Kai broke Fortnite legend Ninja’s record. Ninja had set a record of a whopping 269,000 subscribers, which Kai managed to surpass with his dream run.

Now the star has surpassed the all-time Twitch sub-record. The former record holder was Ludwig. His Subathon was one of the biggest events in Twitch history. And likely Kai aimed to reach and even overtake Lud’s record. In 2021, Ludwig set the bar high with 283,066 subs with his subathon run. It seemed a long shot for any streamer to reach those numbers, especially in the next five years.

Looking at the numbers Kai was pulling during that time, no one would have expected him to be the one to break the magic number. During that time, Cenat had around 5K concurrent viewers. But now, through his impressive content, the streamer can boast around 50K average viewers.
