It is not so often we get to witness a disaster happening live. But, there are times when moments before an accident are etched by a camera lens. Exactly this happened with a Twitch streamer on February 20.

He was doing an IRL stream with his friend when his camera lens caught a car accident unfolding. The two were shocked by the collision that seriously injured one person. Thankfully, no fatality was reported regarding the collision.

Twitch streamer catches a live car crash

During his February 20 IRL stream, Twitch Streamer Nezst was on a bridge side having a conversation with a friend of his. The bridge was not overly crowded as it was night, and the two were talking about some travel plans. The viewers could see cars passing by in the background. Later, both the streamer and the fans spotted a Toyota Prius speeding past them.

“That guy is zooming” was one of the streamer’s reactions when the Prius passed them. Within seconds, they heard and witnessed the speeding Prius crashing against a Chevrolet Bel Air. The event unfolded on the 6th Street Viaduct. Through the live stream, the audience got to see the severity of the situation. The Bel Air was on its lane, with the front bashed in while the Prius was in the middle of the road.

“That Sh*t Is Totaled,” was the Streamer’s reaction seeing the state of the Prius. Thankfully, there were no fatalities in the accident. Though, one was seriously injured. The woman driving the Bel Air supposedly broke her leg, and she was seen sitting on the sidewalk lost in the shock of the accident.

The accident debris was all over the place, and when the streamer was approaching the scene, they could see the broken parts of the car shattered all over the road.

People were shocked to witness it live on the stream

At the moment, it is not clear who will be held accountable for the unfortunate accident as the Chevrolet was supposedly parking at a restricted spot. Whereas the Prius may get charged in regard to reckless driving.

The video of the accident has gone viral soon after and was flooded with criticisms of the parties at fault here.

There are currently debates going on Reddit platforms where people were arguing about who was at fault for the issue.

The only relieving factor about all these debacles is that both the drivers managed to survive with one injuring their leg.
