We all know how big a fan IShowSpeed is of one of the GOATs of soccer, Cristiano Ronaldo. So, it’s obvious that every soccer move of the 18-year-old streamer is inspired by his Portuguese idol. Even the penalty stance had so much resemblance that English and Manchester United legend Rio Ferdinand couldn’t restrain himself from commenting on it.

In a recent video, Rio was seen reviewing IShowSpeed’s soccer display in the Sidemen Charity Match 2023. Despite the game becoming a goal spree, the YouTube All-Stars winger couldn’t put his name on the scoresheet. Although he got a golden opportunity to do so in the 54th minute.

While taking the penalty, IShowSpeed stood with the signature stance of Cristiano Ronaldo. He took a few steps back and strangled his leg before shooting the ball, just like his idol. Seeing this, Rio exclaimed in awe, “Look at that stance; that’s Ronaldoish. That’s Ronaldo vibes!”

However, no matter how “Ronaldoish” the before-penalty action was, the after-penalty result was absolutely not “Ronaldoish” at all. IShowSpeed just pushed the ball gently on the right side of the box instead of smashing the top corners like the five-time Ballon d’Or winner. That penalty came to be an easy one-handed save from KSI.

But the moment took its peak when KSI countered Speed with Ronaldo’s iconic “Suii” celebration. Seeing this poor effort in the penalty box, this is how the Red Devils legend reacted: “You weren’t intent on scoring; you were more scared to miss,” Ferdinand added.”

Along with this penalty, IShowSpeed missed three open goal sitters as well. Though he managed to provide a defense by tearing through the ball, which resulted in an assist for Niko’s wonderful goal, that somehow reduced the lead.
