The Game Awards 2022: Returnal and the Last of Us Part 1 Are the Latest PlayStation Games Making Their Way to PC in 2023

Sony has been releasing many games from its PlayStation studios library to PC. Thanks to this initiative, PC users have been able to enjoy games such as Spider-Man, Horizon: Zero Dawn, Days Gone, and the biggest of them all Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves collection.

This has made PC gamers more and more hopeful for upcoming games too. Everyone is expecting even newer games to make their way onto PC. And it seems like they might not be wrong to hope.

Sony continues to release big PlayStation exclusives to PC

Recently during The Game Awards 2022 ceremony, Sony surprised everyone by revealing two more games that would soon be released on PC. Both of these have been commercially successful and critically acclaimed. So fans are stoked to see this announcement.

This is the complete remake of the 2013 award-winning game. The Last of Us was an instant classic; many even claim that this was the game that changed the face of gaming for many naysayers.

This game established video games as brilliant storytelling mediums for creatives. And many agree that they were not wrong. The game features top-notch dialogue, life-like performances, a touching and relatable story, and brilliant music to support it all.

The game was recently remade with an upgraded engine to make it more suitable for PlayStation 5. Many claimed that even though it is pretty much the same game with new visuals, it’s still as brilliant as ever. And now this game is coming to PC on March 3, 2023.

Returnal

This is said to be one of the most ambitious rogue-lite games ever made. Its visuals, its particle effects are supported by brilliant gameplay mechanics and it somehow still runs at 60 FPS. And now this insanely well-optimized and addictive third-person shooter is coming to PC.

Even though Sony did not give any PC launch date for this PlayStation exclusive, this game might not be very far off. There have been rumors of it releasing on PC, ever since it launched on PlayStation 5.
