Now that Rocksteady is returning with a new game in Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, the developer decided to reveal a big announcement for their ambitious project in The Game Awards. The event saw the release of a fresh trailer for the upcoming game. However, this time, it also mentioned the official launch date for Suicide Squad, apart from a mind-boggling appearance.

Kevin Conroy’s last role before his death was in Rocksteady’s awaited title itself, in which he will be seen playing Batman once again. To confirm this news, the developer showcased an impressive sequence featuring The Dark Knight, voiced by the late actor.
Interestingly, the ending of the trailer had a “Thank You Kevin” title card. In a way, Rocksteady paid a tribute to the legend while revealing his last role fans will be able to witness when they get their copies of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League on May 26, 2023.
