The base game was offering a huge 40% discount to compensate for its bad performance. But after the launch of Phantom Liberty, the base game is leading the top seller chart on Steam, followed by the DLC.

This game is acing on Metacritic as well. The PC version of Phantom Liberty right now has a Metascore of 89 based on the 49 critic reviews. On the other hand, the PS5 and Xbox Series X/S versions hit 88 (43 critic reviews) and 89 (12 critic reviews), respectively.

It is a huge win for Phantom Liberty, how it pulled up Cyberpunk 2077 from its failed past and is now showing a new path of revival. With tons of new features and huge improvements in every aspect of the game, fans are already going gaga over this title.
