‘Olof boost’ is one of the most controversial glitches in the history of this online first-person shooter game. In Dreamhack Winter 2014, Team Fnatic and Team LCDC, two of the strongest teams, faced each other in an earlier round. Both the teams won one round and had to fight the third round in the Overpass Map, which was a new map where teams didn’t have much experience.

However, it might not be the case with Team Fnatic because they had Olof Kajbjer Gustafsson in the squad. The Swedish player is one of the best in CSGO, who is famous for his esports identity olofmeister, as he used a glitch in that map that helped him gain an advantage over the team LCDC.

Later, the Dreamhack authorities found the move illegal and asked for a rematch, but Fnatic withdrew from the tournament. However, the Counter-Strike community found a new bug called olof boost. Since 2014, developers have been trying to eliminate this exploit. But fans find out new ways to get it back in the game. It again resurfaced in the game in 2022. But this time, this glitch is available on the Ancient map.

How does olof boost work in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive?

The olof bost is one of the most famous exploits, as we said. But many CSGO fans might wonder how to perform this fantastic but illegal boost move. So let’s see how to perform this move.
