Agent 00 is a Twitch streamer and YouTube content creator who rose to the spotlight thanks to his NBA 2K gameplay streams. Recently, the 26-year-old Canadian streamer shared spending a night in prison despite following all rules.
Agent 00 is not happy with the wrongful mark on his record
The NBA 2K content creator shared on October 23 via Twitter how he had to spend a night in jail, and the reason behind it was his inability to appear in court. However, Agent 00 revealed that he was wrongfully taken to prison for failing to appear in court. The officer there apparently could not notice his presence, which led to these consequences.

Agent 00 further shared that he was out of prison but on bail, and they suspended his license. The 26-year-old was also unhappy about getting a wrongful mark on his record. Further, the NBA 2K star didn’t reveal why he needed to visit the court in the first place. However, traffic rules violations could be a possibility as he talked about his suspended license.
The Canadian streamer’s tweet read, “Spent the night in jail for a failure to appear in court… the funny thing is, I FUCKING DID APPEAR. Officer didn’t care to check, no one at the jail knew what was going on, now my license is suspended, I’m out on bond & I got a mark on my record over a fucking clerical error.”
Fans react to the NBA 2K star going to jail
Many were sad to hear about Agent 00 having to spend a night in jail wrongfully. Those fans supported the streamer and raised their voices against the “corrupt” system. Meanwhile, some fans were amused to see the NBA 2K star worried about having a mark on his record.

Use the freedom of information act to request the security camera footage from the day you went to court. If/when it shows you there, consult an attorney on how to get your license back, remove the mark on your record, and whatever else you might be able to get.
