To put that into perspective, on average, the attendance inside stadiums is 40,267. A crowd of 60,000 for a charity event is nothing short of success. These numbers are not all. The attendance is twice that of the Charity Event that took place last year. The tickets for the event sold out within 90 minutes!

These numbers only show the picture of people inside the stadium. Do not forget the event was also being streamed online. At its peak, there were 2.7 million concurrent viewers watching the stream on YouTube. In addition to this, there were a total of over 20 million views on YouTube.

It is also important to mention the event raised nearly $3 million for charity. This is a big step up from the $1.24 million raised last year. This is arguably the best part of the statistics. The focal point of the event is to raise money to help people, and seeing the amount going to charity growing is a big factor. As for the event, the match went in favor of the Sidemen.

Sidemen FC takes the win

While last year’s game was tightly contested, this year went quite differently. Sidemen FC looked comfortably in control of the game, with the end result being in favor of Sidemen FC.

There were two goals for the YouTube All-Stars, with ChrisMD making his contribution. Miniminter equalized and the half ended 2-2.

The second half was much more active, with a flurry of goals from both sides. Perhaps the biggest highlight of the match was iShowSpeed taking on KSI in a penalty. Their rivalry was highly anticipated among fans, especially after their matchup last year. With KSI in goal, Speed stepped up to take a penalty, but KSI pulled off a miracle and saved it.
