Bowser will express his love for Princess Peach in The Super Mario Bros. Movie
A Twitter account name UNIVERSAL ANIMATION NEWS revealed that there is going to be a ‘piano ballad’ by Bowser in the movie. Moreover, this musical piece would reveal this antagonistic Koopa king’s romantic feelings for the film’s heroine Princess Peach. The Twitter account claimed to find this information from the official product information document of the movie.
The document reveals that this rumored song would be called “Peaches,” and the original draft didn’t have it. Jack Black, who is the Koopa King Bowser’s voice in the movie, will also sing this song for the Princess of the Mushroom Kingdom. Black also wrote this song besides the movie’s directors Aaron Horvath and Michael Jelenic.
“Bowser plays an incredible piano ballad that extols his love for Princess Peach,” Horvath said in the document. Now, this won’t be too surprising to see Bowser sing a romantic song for Peach. After all, he had feelings for the Princess in the games too and even wanted to marry her. Because of this reason, he even kidnapped Princess Peach in the games.
