It looks like the world of Twitch and video game streaming has a new controversy on hand, one involving one of its most famous creators Ninja. This time, however, it is Ninja’s comments that landed him in hot water with other streamers, particularly Stable Ronaldo. Once Stable Ronaldo heard these comments, he quickly hit back, calling out Ninja. His latest comments shook the Twitch community entirely.

After Ninja made jokes and commented on Stable Ronaldo’s Twitch streaming status, the latter quickly hit back, calling Ninja out in the process. During Ronaldo’s stream, he ranted about Ninja’s dwindling numbers on stream.

With the entire controversy, Ninja and Ronaldo took shots at each other. When Ninja initially called out Ronaldo on stream, his main focus was on the latter’s viewership numbers. Calling Ronaldo irrelevant, Ninja spoke of Stable Ronaldo’s following being much less than his own. Moreover, Ninja used the term “washed out” to describe Ronaldo.

As a result, Ronaldo took to talking about Ninja’s viewership numbers in return. Ronaldo said the term ‘fell off”, a common term among streamers, emerged because of Ninja. Essentially, what the term means is a streamer who does not get as much viewership as they did in the past. In Ronaldo’s words, he said, “You blue-haired f*ck, I’m 90% sure the word ‘fell off’ was made because of your career.”

His argument stems from looking at Ninja’s viewership numbers. He explains at Ninja’s peak, he had an average of 200,000 viewers watching his stream. At the time, he was involved in not just top streamers, but Hollywood celebrities such as Drake and Travis Scott.

However, later on, Ronaldo explains Ninja’s viewership numbers fell down to 3000 viewers. He adds these numbers would go up to 10,000 viewers if Ninja played Fortnite.

How the entire row started

The beginnings of this entire argument came when Ninja, Cloakzy, and TimTheTatman came together on a stream. While they opened CS:GO cases, Ninja began joking about Stable Ronaldo’s viewership numbers and how he failed as a streamer. Ninja explained it was banter in a tweet he posted the next morning alongside an apology.

However, it seems the apology came too late, as what was banter for Ninja became a massive controversy on Twitch, especially for Stable Ronaldo. He was not convinced by the apology. As a result, members of the streaming community took sides, explaining their views. Twitch viewers believe each side was wrong, with Ninja making the comments, and Stable Ronaldo escalating the situation.
