The dark shade of these characters is what adds color to these narratives. There are instances when the protagonist itself got shadowed by the charisma of these characters. 5. Jack Baker

Resident Evil fans will surely remember this name. He is the person who brought back that raw fear into the franchise. He was the head of the family of serial killers in the game. Baker’s family was affected by the fungal bioweapon and it lead to their hunger for humans. He and his family had killed around 100 people in Louisiana.

Though he is not a primary villain, Jack Baker was a crazy lunatic person who redefined claustrophobia for the players.

4. Admiral Havelock

Farley Havelock, famously known as admiral Havelock is one of the pivotal characters of Dishonored. Everyone like a betrayal story, and Havelock is a person who fits the role of a betrayer.

He only becomes an antagonist in the last quarter of the game, but his backstabbing is something that Dishonored fans can’t forget. He was the Leader of the Loyalist Conspiracy, but when the opportunity came calling, he switched ships and took control.

3. Vaas

For Far Cry fans, Vaas would surely be a pick. He is one of the characters from the franchise who has left quite an impression on the players. Vaas Montenegro was one of the antagonists of Far Cry 3. He was the arch-rival of the protagonist. This lunatic Rook Island native even got a DLC in Far Cry 6, in which players could explore his crazy mind.

2. Pyramid Head

One of the goriest villains you will ever see in the games. He is from the famous Silent Hill franchise. Covered in blood and wearing something resembling a butcher’s robe, he is one of the scariest villains. Pyramid Head doesn’t reveal his face. The thing that covers his head seems to be a piece of equipment for punishment. Moreover, the character is actually a metaphor for the protagonist who regrets his past actions.

One of the most controversial gaming characters to exist. Joseph Seed is the main antagonist from Far Cry 5. He leads a cult called Eden’s Gate, which is making preparations for ‘the Collapse’. He is a self-declared prophet with a lot of followers. The character was faced with lots of criticism for using Christianity in his actions. Later in Far Cry New Dawn, we can see an old Joseph Seed who has become a sort of savior for the people who got affected by the collapse.
