But since joining OTK, Emiru has evolved not only as a streamer but also became a “loan shark.” The Twitch streamer and OTK co-founder Mizkif recently requested Emiru for a loan since he was having problems with his bank. This interaction gave birth to the “loan shark” joke, but it is now bothering Emiru.

She recently disclosed the effect of this joke, “So since the loan shark joke thing started, a lot of, not a lot of people, like three or four people have come to me to ask me for massive loans. And it’s all people, that I’m kind of friends with. It kind of makes me sad.” But that wasn’t the end of it, as she was approached for a $130,000 loan.

Someone asked Emiru for a $130,000 loan
Emiru recently stated on her stream that a person she has known for over a week has approached her for a loan. It was a tiny sum at the start, but it quickly grew into a large sum of money. The Twitch streamer was never willing to lend that person money, so they claimed to write her a contract that might give her some assurance.

Emiru then said that she had received a contract from that individual, which she shared on the stream, “They wanted $130,000. I was like, ‘Who do you think I am?’ And here’s the crazy part. They wanted 20 years to pay me back. They wanted to pay me back, like $500 a month for 20 years.”

The 25-year-old turned down the loan request because she was unwilling to donate money in the first place. Moreover, they wanted the loan at zero percent interest. Emiru also stated on her stream that she agreed to give Mizkif money because he is wealthy. Despite the fact that he currently lacks cash, he has other investments. She is confident that the OTK co-founder will repay her.
