These decisions accumulate over the week to form a full episode. While many viewers make a certain decision, others can’t get the desired experience. Although the devs had Twitch Plays Pokemon in mind, such an idea was only successful when it was a unique gimmick.

Disappointment among fans was prominent

Many unhappy fans expressed their concern in the comments section of the Reddit post. The most upvoted comment was of a viewer disappointed with the animations and low-quality footage. They also brought up the fact that a battle pass in a TV show is something they did not resonate with. Another major issue the viewer pointed out was that there was no chat moderation. Konami’s Silent Hills was previously cancelled, before Death Stranding happened. While it worked out for Kojima and Norman Reedus, fans weren’t thrilled about the Silent Hills cancellation. And now with the latest move, a user belives Konami is “f*cking up all over again.”

When Konami first announced the series around a month ago, many fans were skeptical about the show. Many fans of the series had low expectations from what they heard Konami was up to. In the end, the series proved most fans’ skepticism right.
