In the video, Seagull retold all the interviews and visions that devs had for the game. And one of them was to make Overwatch 2, not just a sequel but to give it an identity of its own. They intended to give the game a touch of polish and crisp visuals that had not a single stain on them.

And according to xQc, “it is a very polished game.” The maps, visuals, and audio overlays are on point, making it a very, very refined game.

In the video, Seagull points out that at some point the main motive of the devs was to make Overwatch 2 a PvE-heavy game. They had intended to make the PvE the focus of the game. This decision was made because there is a big community of players who want to experience the character and the world but don’t want to play multiplayer FPS. But unfortunately, due to the circumstances, the devs had to shift their focus back to PvP modes than PvE.

This information made the streamer agitated. As he also was looking forward to a PvE mode. He said, “This is so f*cking dumb. PvE is so fun!” But unfortunately, there aren’t any solutions to his rage right now, as there isn’t much on the PvE side of the game. But there are hopes for a PvE mode in the future.

What is the current state of the game?

Currently, the game is in a very weak state. The lobbies are getting clogged with 50k+ queues and over that, according to the team, the game has recently witnessed a DDoS attack on the servers. So fans have to wait for a little longer to get the Overwatch 2 experience that they were craving for so long.
