The wait is finally over for the NA Valorant fans. The much-awaited competition of the year, the VCT Americas League has finally kicked off. It will feature America’s best-partnered teams who will lock horns to get the league title.
The stakes are pretty high, and each match’s result is vital. The first match between Sentinels and 100 Theives was the perfect beginner for the event. But the CEO of 100 Thieves, who also was at the premises of the event, got trolled by Sentinels’ Twitter handle post the match.

The league has some of the strongest teams in the region competing against each other. Among them, two NA teams who are considered favorites are 100 Thieves and Sentinels. Thus, the opening match between the two giants had tremendous hype.
When the game finally kicked off, it lived up to its expectations as well. The first map was Fracture, which went to overtime. Sentinels emerged victories on that map. The second one was 100T’s pick Split, which they took home. Everything came down to the wire at Ascent, where it seemed like 100T was winning.

But Sentinels pulled an insane comeback, upsetting the 100T fans. Nadeshot, their CEO, was present in the arena with Tarik, who was hosting a watch party. The live sessions between the two were quite engaging, especially as both of them supported opposing teams.

During the interview, Nadeshot even mentioned that he was afraid to lose. Not because they are losing the first match of the first-ever American league, but because of the memes Sentinels’ social pages will make on the loss. His nightmare came to life pretty soon. SEN defeated 100T, and this resulted in the former’s Twitter page mocking the Call of Duty veteran.

100 Thieves in 2022 had announced a game called Project X. The title is now under development, and SEN Twitter took this opportunity to make a hilarious remark at Nadeshot.

But some others were warning SEN as well. Especially as there are a lot of matches that are scheduled for them pretty soon, and if something goes the other way and they end up losing, these trolls will come to bite them back.
