But what really makes Jimmy stand out of the pack is his passion to be number one on the platform. For MrBeast steps out of his comfort zone, putting himself at risk without thinking twice. There are multiple videos to explain this, as every time they just keep getting bigger. 

Due to his massive success, the YouTuber enjoys a lavish lifestyle. From multiple homes, chocolate factory, and million-dollar cars to multiple businesses, homes worth thousands of dollars, he has it all. Still, if we had to pick the top three things that he holds dear, here’s what they would be.

Let’s start with his priceless studio. In other words, this is where MrBeast creates his magic. Back in 2022, tech YouTuber MrWhosetheboss interviewed Jimmy for his video. There, he asked the content creator for a studio tour and he agreed. So, for over twenty minutes, MrBeast walked MrWhosetheboss through his 3-house studio. To talk numbers Jimmy’s tech cost was about $2,896,000 alone. And then, the properties that he owned (warehouse, renovated church, and recently bought property) all rounded up to a whopping $14.2 million.

Second, MrBeast’s properties. Back in 2018, the $54 million worth Youtuber bought a $318K house. It wasn’t anything too gaudy or extravagant but at the same time comforting.

Fans started speculating that he was on his way to creating a MrBeast neighborhood in the future. And we must say, they aren’t exactly wrong. Jimmy claimed to buy the properties for his friends and family, as he shelters over 100s employees of his team.

And last but not least, his private jet. Reports suggest that MrBeast enjoys a $2.5 million private jet for himself. However, he gave it away during one of his videos that featured creators like LazarBeam, IShowSpeed and the Sidemen. So, it’s not clear whether he still owns the bird, but if not, it won’t be much time before he gets another one.
