David Dobrik is one of the most successful content creators, although that might not be the case anymore. He no longer actively makes YouTube videos like he once did. But two years ago when he returned to YouTube after a hiatus during the coronavirus pandemic, he came with a big band. Dobrik had none other than ‘Borat’ on his video.

Borat Sagdiyev is a Kazakh journalist in the ‘Borat’ movie series which is played by Sacha Baron Cohen. The English actor got a lot of praise for his portrayal of the chaotic journalist. This was the reason everyone was shocked to see this unlikely crossover. The actor collaborated with the YouTuber to promote his 2020-released movie, Borat Subsequent.

However, it wasn’t an easy collaboration to pull off, as a lot was at the stake. Borat revealed that he would be executed if he did not promote the film. As for Dobrik, his expensive Tesla worth $150,000 had to sacrifice its front door for this collaboration.

Borat crashed into David Dobrik’s Tesla

It was undoubtedly going to be one of the most exciting videos by the YouTuber. But who would have guessed that it would be extremely hilarious as soon as the video began? The ‘Kazakh journalist’ enters Dobrik’s estate in an ice cream truck, similar to the one he drives in the movies. But he didn’t have a smooth entrance, as he crashed into the YouTuber’s Tesla.

The car’s door was open, and as a consequence, the impact tore the Tesla’s front door. Seeing the broken door, the Youtuber screamed, “Oh my god, back it up, back it up. F**k!” Sacha ‘Borat’ Cohen then comes out of his van and blames Dobrik for owning a cheap car like this. But Dobrik claims his car to be expensive.

Cohen then continues that his van is expensive and costs over $300. Dobrik then revealed his Tesla’s price to be $150,000. The ‘Kazakh journalist’ was shocked to know the price. So, he attempts to fix the car’s door. But after failing to do so, he offers a bag full of meat to pay for the damages. Meanwhile, the YouTuber and his friends couldn’t help but laugh at the incident.
