Elden Ring was the first “souls” game played by this user. The gamer adds that the positive thing about the game was the beautiful yet terrifying gameplay experience. Almost every player in the comments agreed that the game is visually pleasing. One player added a new point of view and stated that the biggest con of the game is the wait for the DLC. Is the user implying the wait is long? Or that the game is so good they can’t wait for more content?
Good – absolutely amazing game
Bad – having to wait for the DLC.— KaosDaGam3r (@KaosDaGam3r) September 29, 2023
Another user took issue to the fact that the game is an open world.
Pro: Another FromSoft game.
Con: The world is too open — as in, it’s really empty. Most of that large space is unused and could do without.
Love FromSoft and am a HUGE Soulsborne fan. But it didn’t need to be open world.

This user was not impressed with the difficulty of the boss fights. Games like Dark Souls and Bloodborne are known for this. So this is an interesting take.
Positive – the open world. Incredible
Negative – the bosses are some of the weakest that FROM has made. A few highlights but overall, eh
