Nintendo fans are eagerly waiting for the Japanese multinational company to announce the date for the Nintendo Direct. However, there has been a recent surge of rumors about the event getting postponed. Although Nintendo is still silent and hasn’t announced anything about the Direct.

Nintendo Direct is a presentation event where the Japanese giants reveal their upcoming games and other future plans. Nintendo has already hosted a few Direct events earlier this year to promote many games released earlier this year. But soon, there might be a September Direct to share new updates about their upcoming games and projects this year and early 2023.

It’s hard for Nintendo to delay further

Recently, there have been rumors that the Japanese giants might postpone their upcoming Direct. Further, the rumors of the September Direct getting delayed have drastically increased in the last 24 hours. However, Nintendo hasn’t officially announced a date yet, and they are still silent about the whole issue.

However, an insider hints that it’s near impossible for the Japanese multinational company to delay their event. Many new Nintendo games would release in November and December this year, meaning there is very little time to promote them. It can be harmful to Nintendo’s business.

The Japanese company is always aware of every world event and doesn’t want to upset anybody. So they might be monitoring everything across the world for a suitable date. Then Nintendo will announce the official date for their important event.

The upcoming Nintendo Direct might only reveal some major titles like Pokemon Scarlet & Violet and Bayonetta 3. They might also share something about a future “The Legend of Zelda” game. Further, Nintendo can also talk about the Switch updates.

Meanwhile, there is a possibility for the Japanese giants to reveal some of their plans for the Tokyo Game Show or even host individual Direct events later. One can only wait and see what Nintendo has planned for the fans.
