What is the Fortnite Fracture Event?

The upcoming Fortnite Chapter finale would be celebrated with a special live event, Fracture. It would be a limited-time event, so players will only get to enjoy it on the finale, December 3. It will start at 4 PM Eastern Time and 1 PM Pacific Time.

Epic Games has described the Fracture event as “an otherworldly and unexpected social event.” But they mentioned the fate of the in-game Island would be in the hands of the players. Fans should expect great things from Fortnite, as they have proved how to make Chapter finales exciting.

How to enter this Chapter 3 Finale event?

The playlist for this chapter’s finale live event would open 30 mins before the start, so players can start joining in at that time. As it is a limited-time event and developers want everyone to join, players can enter Fracture until 4:40 PM Eastern Time and 1:40 PM Pacific Time.

Epic Games have also mentioned that during the event, it won’t matter if players join even in squads or solo. They can also form squads during Fracture by using emote and would also receive a special Toasty Roast Emote for the event. Additionally, players using Xbox Cloud Gaming and NVIDIA GeForce NOW can enjoy the upcoming live events.

Precautions that players need to remember during Fracture

But players should be cautious about some things before becoming part of this upcoming chapter finale event. They should prepare means to record the event, as the in-game replay system won’t be available for this special live event.

The players also need to complete all their pending quests and collect all items they want. Cause many of the items and skins would no longer be available after the chapter finale.
