Epic Games released the battle royale mode for Fortnite, in September 2017. The game developers decided to create this multiplayer mode after the success of another battle royale game, PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds, or as most people call it, PUBG.

The American developers created Fortnite battle royale in two months. And they planned to release it as a premium game, but it eventually got released as a free-to-play. Soon after its release, it became an absolute fan favorite. Millions of players have played this game in the last five years.

Fortnite completed half a decade, and it definitely is an epic occasion. How can its creator, Epic Games, not celebrate this occasion with a bang? Fortnite has lots of exclusive birthday content to celebrate, and it has already started on September 23 at 9 AM ET. Further, this birthday celebration will end on September 27 at 9 AM ET.

It’s Fortnite’s birthday, but the game is offering birthday presents to the players, which they will get upon dropping on the island.
