In fact, in her recent vlog, Pokimane even mentioned how she’s been on a path of self-care by using various remedies. She also revealed that she’s been wearing fake teeth for a while now, to make sure she gets rid of a problem.

Pokimane wore fake teeth to fix the problem of tinnitus in her ear

The Valorant queen took to YouTube, in a new video, to reveal why she began wearing false teeth. The latest clip, in itself, mostly focuses on self-care, and Imane is seen talking about the same. It’s no secret that she’s also taken prolonged breaks from Twitch as well, to get some private space in her life. And the new video highlighted that very well.

Pokimane discussed all the changes she’s been making to make sure her physical and mental health was fine. Among many things she talked about were also ‘fake teeth’ and how they have helped the Twitch streamer.

About a month ago, Pokimane started noticing ringing in her ear. It also caused discomfort during her sleep. She went to several doctors but failed to get a proper remedy.

Eventually, a TMJ specialist told her that she was having tinnitus due to which she was experiencing a ringing in her ear. It was caused by the inflammation in her jaw. Hence, it was affecting her ear. To have it resolved, the specialist prescribed she uses fake teeth.

Pokimane told that the fake teeth are able to correct the alignment of her teeth and jaw. She also mentioned that they are removable. As of now, she’s still using them in a trial phase.

While they are acting as a solution, Pokimane has experienced a little pain in the face due to the false teeth. She also mentioned that if the current phase proves to be effective, she will then probably use Invisalign or braces. They will eventually stop the ringing in her ear.
