Now, the Tekken franchise is all set to bring their upcoming game Tekken 8 to the fans. Although the team hasn’t announced any official release date, fans are definitely excited for this tenth installment in the Tekken series.

Who are the two Tekken 8 characters?

After Bryan Fury’s trailer, the Bandai Namco team accidentally leaked the presence of the character Azucena in Tekken 8. Raven will also be making a comeback from the franchise’s older games. Although fans are yet to be sure about Azucena‘s look, one Reddit user shared a leak about Azucena being a woman with flowers on her head. Meanwhile, Raven’s comeback is definitely good news to Tekken fans.

This video game developing company’s Europe division released Tekken 8’s Bryan Fury. A trailer of the character in the game went viral when the company’s Europe branch posted Bryan Fury’s trailer from Tekken 8 on both Twitter and YouTube on 28th May. This trailer contained details about the character and its in-game abilities. However, sources confirmed that this trailer wasn’t supposed to hit the media so early.

VGC News’ source revealed that this Bryan Fury trailer was kept aside to be released during the Combo Breaker fighting game tournament. Bandai Namco had planned to release it at the event, streaming it through their official Esports YouTube channel. However, clearly, some of their employees were too keen to share this news with the fans.

How is Bandai Namco responding to the Tekken 8 leaks?

Bryan Fury’s trailer leak from the Europe division saddened the director, Katsuhiro Harada. His now-deleted Tweet revealed that he was enraged at the team for disclosing the trailer way before the planned time. Harada’s disappointment was certain, considering the intense hard work he and the team put into developing better gameplay for Tekken 8.

However, he is yet to speak anything about the leak of Azucena and Raven’s character from Tekken 8. Despite the speculation, the team’s excitement about the game is visibly definite. Tekken 8 will release on PlayStation 5, Xbox X/S Series, and Windows. Are you excited?
