French video game studio Ubisoft has announced a variety of new titles in their latest Q1 sales report. With 2023 so far being a lukewarm year for the studio, they would try to ramp up their sales by next year. And they are betting on their magnum opus Assassin’s Creed series to deliver. The devs are bringing out a variety of Assassin’s Creed titles for almost all possible platforms, including mobile and VR.
But that’s not all the French studio is bringing. While their 2024 release pipeline might contain heavyweights like XDefiant and Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, one unnamed title has caught the eyes of the fans.

Ubisoft reveals an unnamed ‘large game’ coming in 2024
The Ubisoft FY 2023-24 Q1 sales report came with a surprise reveal for the fans. The studio announced its ten titles gearing up for a 2024 launch window. However, the tenth title caught the eyes of the fans, as no name was mentioned for this game. The French studio only referred to this game as a “large game”. Furthermore, the title is slated to come out between January and the end of March 2024.

However, Ubisoft has refrained from sharing any more information about the title. Although no further hints or details about the title have been shared, some fans believe they have discovered what the secret game is. Comments about the ‘large game’ being Star Wars: Outlaws have been gaining traction online. This Star Wars title became their primary suspect due to the game making a surprise appearance in this year’s Ubisoft Forward.
Earlier, the Star Wars game was reported to be delayed due to development issues. While the devs had promised to release the game in early 2024, production issues led fans to believe the game will be delayed till late 2024. However, the game made a stellar appearance at Ubisoft Forward 2023 with a gameplay reveal. Fans now believe the production of this game is back on track and they might be getting a promised early 2024 release for this ‘large game’.
