Man pleads guilty to theft and fraud charges for stealing PlayStation controllers

Stealing controllers is one charge, but trying to sell those controllers takes this crime to the next level. That is exactly what this man did. Shawn Roberts stole nine PlayStation controllers from B&M Bargains. The store was located in Barrows. The incident occurred on June 22. The total value of these controllers was nearly $230.

Following the theft, the man then tried to sell these controllers. He attempted to sell seven of those nine controllers. As a result, in addition to the theft charges, Shawn’s charges included fraud as a result of ‘false representation’.
