Tom Holland is currently gearing up for the worldwide release of his upcoming action film, “Uncharted.” It’s an adaptation of a widely popular video game series of the same name. And recently, Tom Holland talked with game creator Neil Druckmann on the journey of turning Uncharted into a feature film.

In an interview, Tom Holland discussed the toughest part they’d had to recreate from Naughty Dog’s iconic game. As expected, it’s the cinematography and the “heart” of the game. Making Nathan (the protagonist of the movie) more relatable was another enormous challenge the team had to overcome.

However, Interestingly, Tom Holland also talked about his favorite part of the movie. As expected, it’s the minor puzzles along the way they had to solve in order to continue their journey.

While talking about the puzzles, Tom Holland said, “My favorite thing that is paying respect to the games is the little puzzles along the way. Whether it’s pushing the tile in the crypt or putting the two crosses together. That kind of stuff for me was my favorite aspect.”

Uncharted- characters and release date

The movie was initially supposed to release way back in April 2021, but due to several issues; it was postponed till 2022. After a series of delays and director changes, the much-awaited Uncharted movie is finally on its way to the cinemas. As per the official announcement, the movie will hit theaters on February 18, 2022.

Talking about the story of the movie, Nathan Drake (protagonist) and his partner Victor “Sully” Sullivan are up against a ruthless hunter to claim a lost treasure from the voyages of Magellan. However, the route isn’t as simple as it sounds. The duo has to solve puzzles while also tracking clues to find Nathan’s long-lost brother.
