Like it was mentioned in the article at the start, the streaming business is a mammoth task for the ones who are engaging in it. Producing daily content and having a constant check on not saying something wrong in Livestream is a headache that the streamers have to go through on a daily basis.

Valkyrae says that whenever she feels anxious, she likes sitting on the bathroom floor wearing sweatpants and sweaters. She then sticks a blowdryer in one sleeve and puffs up the sleeve like a balloon. Describing this, she says, “The sound and the heat distract my brain. It’s comforting.”

One of the replies to this post was from MrBeast who also shared his way to work through anxiety. Probably, MrBeast follows one of the most common tricks to tackle anxiety – walking around. On that note, he says that he has already walked more than 5,000 times! Poor Jimmy does get stressed and anxious while working his best to bring out the best content for the fans.
