Each reward will unlock as you gain more XP in the game. The basic idea is that in each act, you get a new battle pass. The battle pass is spread across ten chapters, and each section has five premium rewards and a free chapter completion reward. You get the free bonus only after you complete each of the five tiers by gaining enough XP.

You can either go premium or free. Users who go with a free pass won’t have access to many items. They can still complete the ten chapters and earn free rewards though. Premium pass equals more rewards and more content.

Rewards range from weapon skins, player cards, gun buddies, and sprays to titles. These rewards are mainly cosmetic, meant for personalization. However, Battlepass does have an expiration period. Once an act ends, the progression gets reset. Either you complete the pass on time or start with the new act.

Valorant also mentions that they’ll make older battle pass contents available later on in the game for those who missed it. The current Ignition act looks to feature a lot of in-game rewards. To players who want to go premium, this is the time.
