Uncharted producer Charles Roven spilled the beans

Charles Roven, the producer of 2022’s Uncharted film, talked about his intentions of making further projects under the Uncharted franchise. While talking about his success with films like Oppenheimer, this veteran producer happily shared he definitely wants to make a sequel to Uncharted.

In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Roven spoke about the team’s happiness with the success of the Uncharted movie. Considering that the fans liked the debut movie really very much, the producer said, “we are definitely looking to make another one of those of.”

Inspired by a video game,Uncharted is one of the highest revenues generating movies with a total box office collection of $400 million, the 6th highest grossing video game film of all time. All the dots that the movie connects is the biggest reason of its groundbreaking success.
