During a recent appearance on the renowned YouTube podcast hosted by Collin and Samir, MrBeast engaged in a wide-ranging discussion about the multifaceted aspects of being a tremendously successful content creator and the elusive nature of going viral. Amidst the hour-long conversation, one particular clip from the podcast garnered considerable attention.
The clip in question, featuring MrBeast discussing his ability to launch a channel from scratch and attract 20 million subscribers within a mere six months, caught the attention of a Twitter user. This user shared the clip along with their doubts, expressing disbelief in the feasibility of such an achievement within such a short timeframe. MrBeast promptly responded to the tweet, expressing his bewilderment at the skepticism surrounding his claim. He wrote, “Why is this so hard to believe? I consistently make 20+ mil bangers on my side channels (that even without me would still bang) and it wouldn’t be that crazy to do on a new channel Virality is a skill that can be honed”.
In MrBeast’s view, the ability to generate virality is a skill that can be honed and refined. Given his status as a top-tier creator with a plethora of viral hits, he asserts that he has mastered this skill and can effortlessly transfer his triumphs to any channel he chooses.
Nevertheless, some of his fans remained somewhat skeptical. One commenter remarked, “Without the Beast Budget, it would undoubtedly be significantly more challenging. I would love to see it as a challenge and have the entire adventure documented on your main channel.” Another individual added, “Try doing it without relying on your name or leveraging your vast network. While I deeply admire your accomplishments, it’s certainly not an easy grind.” Even the OP joined the comments and claimed:
