Call of Duty Modern Warfare II is fast approaching the end of its life cycle. In the next two months, devs will shift their focus on the next major installment, Modern Warfare III. And fans are curiously looking forward to play it as soon as it’s out. However, before the next premium arrives globally, it will also witness an Open Beta session in October. And there is a way for players to get it.

The Open Beta will offer a great opportunity to all the players to have a taste of what they can expect from the new COD game. Recently, the makers revealed a major news regarding how players can obtain Beta codes for MWIII. And turns out, there are a series of steps to be followed.

Here’s how to obtain Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III Beta codes

In case anyone missed to keep track of details, the Open Beta will kick off on October 6. Initially, it will be available only to PS5 owners and then to the rest of the players on other platforms, until October 16. With that being said, here’s what COD fans will have to do in order to receive the Beta codes.

Only those players who have already preordered Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III can get the Beta codes. They can do so by watching the upcoming World Series of Warzone Final on September 16. And then, players need to fulfill certain steps as previously mentioned in order to earn the desired reward, which are as follows:

Firstly, players will have to sign up or log into their Activision (COD) account.

Then, they will need to link their Battle.net, PSN or Xbox account to the COD account.

Next, they will also have to link their YouTube or Twitch account to the Activision account.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III Beta Will Have Zombies, It’s Claimed

Lastly, all they have to do is watch at least 60 minutes of the World Series of Warzone Final on YouTube or Twitch.

By doing this, they will be eligible to get up to three Modern Warfare III Beta Code Sweeps Tickets, depending on the number of hours watched. In total, there are 50,000 codes to be won during the WSOW event. The winners will get the early access beta code via the email linked to their Activision account.

What’s important to note is that PC users who have made pre-orders through digital stores like Steam or Battle.net won’t have to worry about getting the codes. They will automatically receive access to playable content once the Open Beta goes live.
