Theme parks have been around for a long time. Many big studios, such as Disney and Universal, have their own theme parks to showcase their IPs and sell merchandise. These theme parks are dedicated to recreating the magic of a fictional world in an immersive IRL experience filled with spectacles and amusement rides. In recent days one of the most anticipated theme parks is none other than the upcoming Super Nintendo World at Universal Studios Hollywood.
Universal Studios amusement park already has theme parks based on their other worldwide famous IPs such as The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Jurassic park, Minions, and more. Recently Universal Studios announced a themed park based on one of the most recognized video games in the world, Super Mario Bros, which is also on its way to getting an animated film.
What to expect at the Super Nintendo World theme park at Universal Studios

The First Super Nintendo World was released back in 2021, in Japan, and it is expected that the SNW in Hollywood will be ready by February 17, 2023. This theme park will feature many easter eggs, fun rides, delicious food, special merchandise, and many other attractions based on the popular gaming series by Nintendo.

So far, many new details about the park have been revealed. According to the reveals, it is expected that the visitors will step into Green Pipes to enter the park to get to the final boss of the park, Bowser. To reach the final boss visitors have to beat many mini-games and challenges based on the original games.

These mini-games include Sleeping Piranha and Goomba Gimme and more. Completing these challenges will earn the visitors points and after reaching a certain amount of points, the players can challenge the main boss Bowser for a fight in his castle. These mini-games will be simulated using augmented reality technology.
As the release date of the theme park is closing near, many fans are eager to know what the park will look like and what it will offer.
