Recently, a player revealed a unique way of how one can overcome a boss in Elden Ring, without doing anything. Yes, that’s absolutely right and quite bizarre as well to imagine. But this player literally did it and succeeded as well.

Elden Ring shows player winning against the boss without attacking or taking damage

While there are various bosses in the FromSoftware’s blockbuster title, Mimic Tear is an interesting opponent among all the other heavyweights. It’s found in the Nokron, Eternal City. Although the boss is reused in the game, like other enemies, this specific location is where players can find it initially.

A Reddit user, named Going_Loki, recently shared a clip online showcasing how they defeated Mimic Tear without attacking it or taking any single damage. Does that sound like a magical spell doing some kind of trick? Well, it can be described as one, at least going by the video.

Interestingly, the Redditor didn’t possess any kind of armor, talisman, or heavy weapons. They only equipped a dagger and that too wasn’t used. Simply put, they just dodged every attack from Mimic Tear throughout the duration of this clip. With each attempt to kill, the boss began to lose stamina and eventually died. Hence, the player managed to secure a magical victory in Elden Ring.

Well, Elden Ring has become famous for such instances, thanks to a growing interest of fans in the Lands Between. Some try to include fictional characters in its world while few others bring in real-life personalities. For example, just recently, several fans revealed their character creation skills in the game by making Darth Vader, Voldemort, Johnny Depp, and Sir Patrick Stewart.
