Animal Crossing x Puma collaboration is here. The shoemaker has collaborated with Nintendo to produce and release Animal Crossing New Horizons-inspired sneakers. Last month Animal Crossing New Horizons teased about the collab on Twitter. Today Nintendo finally took the curtains down and revealed the shoes in all their glory. The company has also given us a release date of September 18, 2021. So let’s have a look at what the companies are offering.

PUMA X Animal Crossing New Horizons: Nintendo presents the first look at the collection

The Japanese giant took to their YouTube channel to show players and fan all the items featured in the collection. And so far, the collection is getting positive acknowledgments from the fans.

PUMA has done a great job in capturing the Animal Crossing vibes in its collection. The company has taken a fairly simple but excellent approach with the natural green color shade. Animal Crossing heavily uses the color green, and Puma has taken complete leverage off that in their designs.

The shoes have miniature characters etched all over them with a subtle yet elegant Puma’s trademark side stripe. Apart from the shoes, the collab also features a couple of T-shirts, two sets of sweatshirts with shorts. The clothing line follows the same theme and features different characters. There are also long pants on offer. The first look at the collection is being welcomed by the fans and the community.

The clothing and the complete collection will be available for adults and kids. Nintendo is not new to collaborations. The company had collaborated with Australian-based brand BlackMilk Clothing to release the Animal Crossing and Mario collection. And this year, in March, Nintendo and Levi had launched a Mario-inspired denim collection that featured overalls, pants, jackets, among other things.
