Thus, in order to test this rumor, the creator decided to purchase items from villagers with zero Bells in their hands. The creator discovered that every salesman in the game would politely inform players about their financial situation and ask them to visit again since they have insufficient funds at the moment.
The creator wanted to know if players can get access to paid services even if they don’t pay for them. Unfortunately, Nintendo prohibits villagers from offering users anything for free. If you are penniless in New Horizons, you won’t be able to purchase anything from Able Sisters, Nook’s Cranny, Resident Services, The Roost, or any other place which requires Bells or Nook Miles.
