YouTuber goes on a shopping spree to collect rare Pokemon cards

PokeRev went to check out some of the rare vintage Pokemon card collections and was absolutely amazed when he saw them. CooltrainerRyan’s collection contained some of the rare collectibles from the Diamond, Emerald, and Orange eras.

PokeRev and his friends walked around and checked out the other cards such as the Neo Blisters, Gold Star POP Series 5 Umbreon, and the Tamamushi Magikarp. The Gold Star POP Series 5 Umbreon card is a very highly desired card and has a very unique color scheme, making it one of the most beautiful cards out there. This was auctioned in the PWCC Auctions for $20,000. It is probably one of the most expensive cards out there for collectors.

Next comes the Tamasushi University Magikarp which was produced as a promotion for Shogakukan’s Celadon University Campaign. The PSA has identified only 80 of them so far and they can be auctioned for as high as $66,100.

PokeRev and his team checked all of these collections belonging to CooltrainerRyan and bought a whopping $2 million worth of cards.

Indeed, quite a sad occurrence that any avid collector could ever imagine! But it’s unlikely that this has killed his love of Pokemon collectible items.
