Thus, their announcement came as a sudden surprise. Waves of support emerged after their HRT journey was announced. Criticisms also piled up, but the question that many asked was how Katie, his ex-wife reacted to the whole situation.

During the recent BANTER podcast, Chris revealed how Katie reacted. According to Tyson, she was quite supportive of the decision that they made. “She was there the whole way. She was supportive in her own way. We were both figuring it out,” stated Chris. Tyson and Katie were together for almost seven years.

Chris pointed out that Katie had an understanding of Chris and his dilemma. According to the MrBeast on-screen star, the pandemic was a time that speed ran everything. That was the time they were at the pinnacle of confusion. Chris was contemplating whether they are gender fluid, non-binary, and so on. Katie was the supporting pillar for Chris during this time.

Tyson stated Katie helped him to reach where he is at the moment. They both have a son, Tucker, who we have seen quite many times on Chris’s social handles.
