Everyone who saw the show has nothing but appreciation for Pedro Pascal and Bella Ramsey’s portrayal of Joel and Ellie respectively. Bella Ramsey was just on the cover L’Officiel where she opened up about her friendship with co-star Pedro Pascal. She was nervous about making a strong first impression on Pascal because of the extensive filming schedule that spanned over a year, as well as the press run.

Ramsey shared, “The minute that I actually let go of that pressure, we just bonded. He’s the best.” She praised her co-start even further, stating, “I felt instantly safe with him…He’s the best. He’s so kind and generous and we had a lot of fun. We were like two little kids messing about.”
