Many sections on the island are themed after various human organs. The island has a hotel themed after a human heart, so it has a lot of red lighting. Moreover, there are also places like Tunnel of Blood, Belly Cafe, Heartburn BBQ, Brain Freeze, and Gastric Juice Bar.

The player also has two earlike small lands with drum sets, representing eardrums. The eardrums weren’t the only section from the head that the player covered, as the island also featured places like Cornea Cabaret, the Memory Bank, and Train of Thought.
