Animal Crossing: New Horizons release  their Christmas event

The Nintendo game has announced via its official account the special Christmas event, Toy Day. This event takes place in December and is based on the tradition where someone dresses up as Santa clause to distribute presents to the kids. The players also take on the role of Santa on this day.

On December 24, players can spot Santa’s helper, the reindeer named Jingle. The ACNH players then accompany Jingle to deliver gifts to fellow residents of a player’s island. This is an event that happens throughout the day. But once the date changes to December 25, the event is over.
