How did Matt Turner, Former MrBeast editor, start a new life?
In 2018, Matt Turner walked out of the MrBeast crew after a mutual understanding between the two. The primary editor wanted to explore new opportunities, and so he decided to start a new chapter of his life. Days passed, and Matt opened his thrift store, RugShack in Bridgewater, alongside his girlfriend, Megan Belmonte.
Before getting into the thrifting business, Turner spent his time offering free lessons to BSU students. Such things, from the former editor of MrBeast, clearly proved his kind personality of giving back to the community.

While Matt celebrated this small win in his new chapter, he received a massive announcement. He was selected as one of the 16 contestants on Big Brother USA’s Season 24 running on CBS.

This was monumental news to Turner, as he had never expected something like this. Interestingly, his girlfriend had a positive response to this, as she strongly believed he could win the upcoming season.

Amidst Matt Turner’s chapter of success, the editor went through a patch of mishappenings, as he first accused his former boss of bullying. However, it quickly turned against him, with his family member having differing opinions.

Matt’s sister, Holly Turner, uploaded a Twitter post against him, talking about how he bullied her in childhood. It was very disheartening news to hear, as none of his fans expected this from him. Although none of the sides confirmed it, dissolving the issue then and there. So, Matt’s selection for Big Brother USA might be a big break for him.
