Call of Duty Modern Warfare II is soon going to receive a brand new update in August 2023. Alongside characters based on musical legends, Season 5 will also please gaming lovers this time. It’s because the next crucial update will introduce the iconic protagonist from the Tomb Raider series, Lara Croft.

Since her debut in the late 90s, the British archaeologist has ended up becoming one of the most renowned faces in the gaming space. Speaking of the release date for Lara Croft’s Operator bundle in Call of Duty, it’s about to be released soon. However, it won’t be available during the launch of Season 5 later this week. That’s because it will make its way in a mid-season update. Simply put, Lara Croft will be available as a playable character in MWII with Season 5 Reloaded.

It means that eager fans of the female gaming icon will have to wait for more than a month. But they have got other amazing Operators as well to choose till Lara makes her appearance. Season 5 is coming with characters based on hip-hop legends like Nicki Minaj, 21 Savage, and Snoop Dogg. Moreover, the new season will also have more exclusive Battle Pass Operators to add to an already growing roaster.
