Animal Crossing’s community could have never predicted Puma coming aboard. The community was not sure what to make of this, as the title desperately requires a proper content update. In this particular instance, this announcement attracted more negative comments than positive responses from Animal Crossing: New Horizons’ fanbase.

On the flip side, Nintendo assured the community that more information about the next major update will be revealed soon. In the meantime, the community picked up more information about the upcoming Puma collection of Animal Crossing. If the announcement failed to impress you, then maybe the upcoming apparel will.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons X Puma collection will release soon

According to a report by Newsweek, Nintendo is preparing to launch this collection in the fall. A few days ago, Puma teased the collaboration, and now Nintendo has shared the official date of the release.

This special collection of apparel is slated for launch on September 18th. Furthermore, it is going to consist of “Suede”, “Wild Rider” and “Future Rider” sneaker designs along with long sleeve shirts, hoodies, sweatpants, and shorts. Gamers will finally get the chance to pick up customized Animal Crossing clothes in around 20 days.

Puma takes pride in its collaborations and has already teamed up with a wide variety of brands, as well as other popular gaming titles like Def Jam and Sonic the hedgehog. It would be fair to say that Puma is going to do justice to the franchise and the end product will definitely come out great. This announcement has already garnered undue criticism in the face of the horrible content updates.

The datamined files and leaks have all pointed at the addition of elaborate events that will be rolled out for the month of September. In addition, the studio is also going to introduce seasonal changes to the map, which will bring out new critters, fishes, sea creatures, and more. New DIY recipes are also going to be added that will certainly overjoy the fanbase.
