Avalanche Software finally revealed the in-game footage of one of the most anticipated titles of 2022, Hogwarts Legacy. The 14-minute long video was revealed during the recent State of Play event, offering major information regarding the Harry Potter-based RPG title.

However, interestingly, the chief attraction of the gameplay footage will be unarguably the mention of certain important classes that students have to attend in order to enhance their magical abilities and spells.

The 3 major classes that are guaranteed to feature in the widely hyped game are:

• Lessons in herbology
• Defense against the dark arts
• Potions

Speaking of classes, Potion-making was always one of the most underrated classes in Hogwarts. However, it definitely plays an important role in the story’s plot. Potions help you get certain powers that you need in order to find the truth about Hogwarts.

Next up are the lessons in herbology. As the name suggests, it is the study of herbs, used in making potions and medicines. Herbs play an extremely significant role in Hogwarts as it is majorly used in the portion-making portion. The right knowledge about these herbs can make or break your spell.

With Hogwarts Legacy all set to get an official release later this year, fans were treated to a bunch of details on Hogwarts Legacy through its official gameplay footage. As per the gameplay video, the upcoming wizarding gives players the ultimate experience to live the life of witches and wizards as a fifth-year student at the school of magic. The gameplay footage also shows a world far beyond what Harry Potter games did.

Notably, 1800s Hogwarts was the time when many powerful, as well as evil forces, joined hands to destroy the wizard folk. However, as expected the player has the power to prevent this from happening, and ultimately find some mysterious, dark truth about this wizarding world that hasn’t been revealed yet.
