A talented janitor named Chandler

Surprisingly, MrBeast met Chandler in a unique way. While some YouTubers might audition people or ask for experience before inviting them to their team, Jimmy had his own way of recognizing talent. In an interview, Jimmy revealed how Chandler became a member of their team.

Jimmy said, “Chandler was actually our janitor. We brought him to just clean and stuff like that.” He shared the fact that Chandler was at first shy and didn’t talk to him, but a feature in a video won the hearts of the viewers. Jimmy stated, “Then one video he just like got in at a little part, and people really liked it.”

Jimmy continued, “So then he was in one video, then another video and Chandler all of a sudden starts popping in more and more videos. People were like we like Chandler, we like Chandler.” Thus, this was the story of how Chandler was invited to MrBeast’s crew as a permanent member.
