Is Starfield hinting toward Lucas Films references?

Bethesda’s Starfield is more or less always on the headlines. It is one of the ruling topics of social media platforms these days. Set in the fictional New Atlantis, Starfield will offer the plot of travellers roaming across the Universe in search of its creator. Already, this storyline became much popular among the fans. There were fan-made crossovers with Interstellar following their same narratives. Additionally, the character creator made a grand entry when people discussed its accuracy in making a perfect replica of the player’s appearance.

Following all these toppings, recently one Starfield fan posted a clip from the game’s trailer on Reddit. He tried to connect the dialogue in the trailer with one of the greatest creations on the outer space theme, Star Wars.

His post contained a screenshot from the trailer which showed a game character talking about United Colonies Citizenship- “Who First Thought Starship Troopers When They Ask This?”

Since this Reddit post was made public, many Starfield fans gathered to join the discussion. They were spotted believing that the screenshot from the trailer is not a coincidence.

He believed that developers won’t randomly hint at star troopers only because they were making a game on a similar theme like Star Wars-“There’s no way that wasn’t intentional. You don’t put a scene like that in your showcase for your space game if you aren’t trying to invoke Starship Troopers.”
