Speaking of recognition, SEMC has received many accolades so far. In 2015, it won the Apple Design Award for their mobile title Vainglory. A year later, the company picked another trophy for this game at the Esports Industry Awards. Following the lockdown period, the studio shifted its focus on fully remote operations only.
Earlier this year, SEMC partnered with Netflix for an unknown project. Now, it’s been revealed to be the Rebel Moon game based on Zack Snyder’s movie. The latter will arrive this year on December 22. It will be followed by a sequel, scheduled to release on April 19, 2024. As for the RPG, a launch date is yet to be announced. Given its massive scale, however, one can expect it to arrive at some point in 2025.
