Sports video games are a really tricky bit of software to make since most of the games that follow the routine setup of a field sports have to the clear speck of the actual game played by real players to satisfy the fanbase of the sport by giving them the replica of the sport on screen.

The animation basically shows the player scoring the touchdown laying on the gridiron, while a few of their teammates circle him and give a false CPR, trying to tease the opponent and show support to their scorer.

Basically, this celebration originated from NBA that was brought to NFL by teams like Kansas City Chiefs and Cincinnati Bengals, which was later adapted to the game published by EA.
