In the recent Misfit Boxing event, British influencer and singer KSI faced off against FaZe clan member Temperrr. The night witnessed some amazing spectacles in the ring as both of the fighters gave their best. But in the end, KSI came out on the top, and to celebrate this victory, his brother Deji showed a wholesome gesture. 

Misfit Boxing in collaboration with DAZN boxing presented an event full of fireworks as the lineup consisted of some of the fan-favorite returns, such as Salt Papi, Slim Albaher, and Swarmz. But undeniably, all the eyes were set only on the main event, featuring KSI vs Faze Temperrr.

After being absent from the scene for a while, Olajide “JJ” Olatunji aka KSI finally returned to the ring on January 14, 2023. This was his first fight following his double feature night, where he had beaten both Swarmz and Alcaraz Pineda in one night. However, Temperrr faced a humbling loss against Slim Albaher in the same event.

The Misfit Boxing card was the redemption arc for Temperrr and it was his opportunity to grab the glory, as KSI’s “Cruiserweight” was on the line. KSI vs Temperrr match was a significant entry in boxing history, as it was one of the few influencer boxing bouts where a title was up for grabs.

But this highly anticipated bout ended rather quickly as JJ knocked out Temperrr in the very first round. The bout started with much promise, as both of the fighters seemed evenly matched at first. Though Temperrr was fighting very defensively, KSI broke the guard of the FaZe clan member and punished him heavily, which resulted in a total knockout with just 48 seconds left in the first round. 

After witnessing such an amazing performance by his brother, Deji took to social media to share a warm moment between them after the fight had concluded. Deji tweeted, “So proud of my bro” with a picture of him giving a tender hug to his champion brother JJ with a smile of contentment on his face. 

How did the fans react to this wholesome moment?

The fans were very supportive of the loving bond they were sharing, but there were some followers who were pouring some hate on Deji, calling him a shadow of KSI.
